Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Management to lead organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement for a luxury retail brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, driving culture transformation, and enhancing employee experience in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Leadership Programs
- Design and implement leadership development programs to groom future leaders.
- Develop strategies for succession planning and career progression across key business units.
- Work closely with business heads to create customized learning & development roadmaps.
Performance Management & Culture Building
- Oversee the performance management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and innovation.
- Drive employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Employer Branding & Talent Retention
- Develop strategies to position the brand as an employer of choice in luxury retail.
- Collaborate with HR & Marketing to create employer branding campaigns.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee satisfaction.
