Job Summary
The
Head Human Resources will be a key member of the
Key Management Team, leading the
entire HR function for a globally expanding
Facility and Security Services business that originated in India.
The role demands a seasoned HR leader with deep expertise in
manpower-driven industries such as
Facility Management, Catering, QSR, large retail, and Staffing Services.
The CHRO will be responsible for
organisational transformation, leadership coaching, HR technology deployment, and driving exponential growth through Talent Management and Rewards while ensuring a high-performance, people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute a global HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and rapid expansion.
- Drive organization transformation through change management, talent development, and leadership coaching.
- Partner with the CEO and CXO team to create a high-performance and agile workforce.
- Spearheaded HR digitization initiatives, including HRMS implementation, analytics-driven decision-making, and automation of HR processes.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Architect leadership development programs to groom future leaders and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Champion succession planning for critical roles across global operations.
- Implement a high-impact performance management system that fosters a results-driven culture.
Workforce Management & HR Operations
- Oversee end-to-end workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies across multiple geographies.
- Drive best-in-class employee engagement and well-being initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
- Lead HR compliance, labor law adherence, and people risk management across global operations.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Strategy
- Develop and execute a competitive C&B framework tailored for manpower-heavy industries.
- Design and implement ESOPs, incentive structures, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Optimize payroll and workforce cost management in alignment with business objectives.
HR Technology & Analytics
- Drive adoption of HR analytics and AI-driven workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation of HRMS, automation tools, and employee self-service portals.
- Utilize data-driven approaches for workforce planning, attrition analysis, and organizational design.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate with an MBA in HR from a top-tier business school
- Experience: Minimum 16 years in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic impact.
- Must have experience in manpower-intensive industries like Facility Management, QSR, Contract Catering, Large Retail, or Staffing Services.
- Strong background in organizational transformation, leadership coaching, and technology-driven HR solutions.
- Must have worked closely with top management/CXO level and led large-scale HR interventions globally.
- Age bracket: 47+ years preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure in large deployment and high attrition industry.
- Exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger HR integration.
- Certification in Executive Coaching, Change Management, or HR Technology Platforms.
