Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Retention

- Support managers in identifying and addressing team development needs.

Workplace Culture & Employee Relations:
- Build a culture of trust, inclusivity, and collaboration.
- Address grievances and resolve conflicts with professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree in HR or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
