Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both
IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. This role requires expertise in
end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) for IT and Non-IT positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events, to identify and attract top talent
- Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidates’ qualifications, and coordinate technical/functional interviews
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress
- Provide a seamless candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Work on diversity hiring initiatives to ensure an inclusive recruitment process
- Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and coordinate background verification
- Stay updated with the latest hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment technologies
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, handling both IT & Non-IT roles
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for various functions, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Strong negotiation and offer management skills
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment
- Knowledge of technical hiring, including software development and IT infrastructure roles
- Understanding of compensation structures and market salary trends
