Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and overall Human Resources activities in the organization.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests. -
- Conducting /arranging departmental meeting and company events
- Making employee related letters (Offer letters, Increment and appraisals letter )
- Conduct & participate in Interview /Review and appraisal process.
- Updating internal employee databases with new hire information
- Develop, organize, implement and ensure HR Policy frame work.
- Publish and remove job ads
- Identify, Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed for hiring
- identify & make contract agreement with Recruitment agencies /Digital platforms /Company web site
- Idnetify & study employee skill sets and arrange training sessions from internal/external agencies.
- Conduct representative surveys/interviews/activities of organization work force to increase employee's satisfaction, improvement, team building and belongness with in the team.
- Respond to employees’ querries about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Attend and manage external office phone calls and communication regarding new/intended hires/employees
- Update/Discuss HR policies and ISO documentations internal and external agencies
- Maintain positive working relationships with department staffs and customers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
- Organize and maintain employee records Retrieve company and employee data, as requested
- Organize company functions/get-togethers/awards/Birthday functions /
- Prepare/Modify organizations chart/KRAs/KPIs for individual employee
- Conduct , arrange and take reviews staff/supplier/client meetings as per the schedules
- Organize/participate in company growth plans
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations proficiency
- Experience in developing HR Policies
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant HR certification or degree
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
