About the role
As the Employee Engagement and People Processes Lead, you will drive employee engagement initiatives and oversee key processes like performance reviews, promotions, goal setting and assessments. You will enhance employee experience, motivation and performance while ensuring seamless execution of essential HR processes to support organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Employee engagement leadership
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies
- Leverage data to refine engagement programs
- Design impactful recognition programs
- People process management
- Lead performance reviews and ensure alignment with organisational goals
- Oversee fair and transparent promotions
- Facilitate goal-setting initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Leadership and collaboration
- Design training programs for managers
- Partner with leadership teams to align engagement strategies
- Analyse engagement trends and provide actionable insights
- Process optimisation
- Continuously improve people processes
- Drive innovation to elevate employee experience
Who are we looking for?
Education:
- MBA-HR from top-tier B-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM P, SCMHRD, MDI, etc)
- Batch- 2017-2020
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in COE roles like engagement or talent
- Desirable: Experience in employee engagement initiatives
Skills:
- Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks and performance management
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
