We are seeking a passionate People & Culture Leader to develop and implement people strategies in Singtel Singapore’s Enterprise business. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR leader for senior leaders in Singtel Singapore’s Enterprise Business.
- Build relationships with business leaders and develop strong, effective, and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, mid-level managers, and employees.
- Partner with leaders to develop people plans and solutions that support business growth while fostering a culture aligned with our values. This includes promoting high-performance teamwork, delivering exceptional client service, and creating a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management, and skills assessment and development.
- Act as a catalyst for change, guiding business leaders in effective change management strategies and implementing changes related to restructuring and acquisitions.
- Review and analyse business metrics, including retention and employee experience data, to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop systemic and scalable recruiting programmes that create a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Work with the rewards team to align performance management and reward strategies to reinforce an environment of dedication and innovation across business units.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a Business or HR discipline, and IHRP certified.
- 8+ years of experience in a HR generalist leadership role, preferably within the tech or telco sector.
- Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving across various leadership levels.
- Broad experience and specific knowledge in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, and learning and performance management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven project management and execution skills, with a track record of using data-driven recommendations to influence outcomes.
- Ability to operate autonomously and with discretion, exercising sound judgment in all situations.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with other People & Culture Leaders and HR professionals (in talent acquisition, compensation, inclusion, diversity and equity, and employee relations) across different functions and locations.
