About the Role
You will lead the Global Employer Branding Strategy team focused on the APAC region. The team is responsible for driving a global strategy that scales our company's EVP, creative recruitment marketing activation(s), and broader employer brand reputation building. As the Employer Branding Lead in APAC, you will help localize strategies to ensure they are appropriate and effective in the market. Regional strategy teams are integral in implementing global EB strategies. They will build and activate bespoke recruitment marketing strategies in partnership with TA, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders such as Communications, Marketing, and the business.
We are looking for an experienced, creative, employer branding partner to develop insight-led GTM strategy, serve frontline support, and collaborate with APAC regional stakeholders to strengthen our employer brand reputation in the market. You will design and set the direction for regional strategies and drive recruitment marketing programs as well as manage and implement our global recruiting strategies. This will include leading initiatives from concept to completion with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a front-facing APAC Employer Brand regional team member and build relationships with regional partners and stakeholders to provide effective branding to support their needs;
2. Constantly seek ways to drive efficiencies and turnkey processes for the wider team;
3. Drive and implement new ideas, strategies, and recruitment marketing plans that will help to elevate our brand;
4. Activate our EVP for the region across all channels to enhance candidates' and employees' recognition of our purpose, people, culture and growth;
5. Partner with global and regional EB team(s) to activate and adopt attraction strategies for APAC markets and initiatives, including but not limited to employee advocacy, content development, media campaigns, and channel/audience growth;
6. Drive the Employee Advocacy program to unlock employee pride and foster an emotional connection with company culture and values;
7. Build event and award strategies and identify moments-that-matter to proactively promote a positive employer brand;
8. Manage and mentor the regional Strategy team.
