Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Process Review & Improvement:
- Conduct ongoing reviews of talent acquisition processes to identify areas for efficiency and innovation.
- Lead and implement project improvements and enhancements to recruitment workflows, ensuring scalability and flexibility in talent sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to inform pipeline strategies and enhance the recruitment process.
Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Branding:
- Work closely with marketing and HR teams to define and promote the company’s EVP.
- Develop strategies to enhance employer branding, increasing the visibility and appeal of the company to prospective candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding.
Data & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, using data to inform decision-making.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines and managing partnerships with educational institutions and external partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment data to guide decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
