You will provide comprehensive HR support across key areas such as recruitment, payroll, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and HR policy management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive and compliant hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including intern hiring including preparation of any independent contractor service agreements.
- Track and manage service agreements, background checks.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure timely completion of documentation and adherence to company standards.
Payroll
- Collaborate with external vendor to process payroll accurately, ensuring alignment with MOM regulations and latest legislative updates.
- Draft, proofread, and manage employment contracts, resignation acknowledgments, and increment letters.
- Oversee CPF submissions, government claims (Medisave, National Service, Childcare Claims), and SDL adjustments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data.
- Check, submit, and monitor personal income tax (Auto Inclusion Scheme) and taxable benefits.
Work Pass Management
- Monitor and manage S Pass, EP quotas, and expiry dates.
- Submit applications and renewals for S Pass, EP, and ONEPASS/Main Pass holders.
- Maintain accurate MOM portal records, including contact details and address changes.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Address employee grievances, feedback, and conflict management while fostering a positive work environment.
- Support performance management exercises, including gathering appraisals and managerial feedback.
- Assist with bonus and increment processing.
- Manage exit processes to minimize legal or regulatory exposure and ensure compliance.
Insurance & Benefits Administration
- Administer employee medical insurance, renewals, and conduct benefits comparisons.
- Manage personal accident and workman compensation subscriptions.
Regulatory
- Manage HR audit requirements and ensure closure of audit items.
- Assist with regulatory surveys.
General
- Maintain and update organization charts.
- Support he creation, review, and implementation of HR policies.
- Manage other ad-hoc fund related operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Prior investment/asset management experience will be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, MOM guidelines, and payroll administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Conversant with Microsoft office suite (Intermediate proficiency).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage delicate conversations with tact.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and profession.
