Summary
The incumbent will provide support, monitor, track and report all recruitment activities as well as provide a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Operations team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers on job requirements
- Execute proper in-house procedures to track and manage recruitment statues
- Source for the right talent using both traditional and creative recruiting methods and resources
- End-to-end application and tracking of government related grants for new joiners.
- Support the day-to-day operations for the HR team
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
- Collaborate with local schools for Career Talks, Job Fairs, and Internship etc.
- Partner with government bodies to build close relationships for government grants and support schemes; and to proactively building local pipelines for future hiring need.
- Ensure strict employment laws and regulations are being compliant during hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as In-house Recruiter or agency Headhunter. Preferably, experience in mass recruitment in blue-collar industry.
- Effective team-player with a positive attitude
- Organized and meticulous in documentation
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in using SAP will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Good knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Act)
