Your Role: Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for top-tier candidates through multiple channels.
Candidate Experience: Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive journey throughout the recruitment process.
Strategic Recruitment Support: Contribute to developing innovative strategies to attract the best talent.
Process Optimization: Help streamline recruitment workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Intelligence: Research industry trends and competitor insights to shape recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Support the creation of compelling recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.

Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and support business development initiatives.
Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and records to improve processes and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment is highly beneficial. Familiarity with sourcing strategies, candidate management, or recruiting tools is a plus.

Education: A GCE 'A' Level, Diploma from a Singapore Polytechnic, or equivalent.
