Position Overview
They are seeking an HR Coordinator to keep daily HR operations running smoothly. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and background checks.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system updates.
- Assist with administering benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Support employee relations by addressing questions and enforcing HR policies.
- Help organize engagement initiatives and company events.
- Provide general HR administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR coordinator or HR assistant role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and related software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
