Are you a forward-thinking HR leader with experience driving workforce strategy in a global, multi site environment? We are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead on aligning talent strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. This executive role will be instrumental in scaling workforce, optimizing HR operations, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Planning – Develop and execute a scalable HR strategy that supports Managed Services operations, ensuring workforce agility and efficiency.
Talent Acquisition & Retention – Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, optimizing hiring for rapid growth and contract-based workforce models.
HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Leadership Development – Design and implement leadership programs to build a strong pipeline of managers and executives within our service delivery teams.
Total Rewards & Compensation – Lead competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management programs tailored to the dynamic nature of managed services.
Employee Engagement & Culture – Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, reduce attrition, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
HR Metrics & Analytics – Leverage data to measure HR effectiveness, optimize workforce planning, and improve employee experience.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) – Lead DEI efforts to ensure an inclusive and diverse workplace that reflects our values and industry demands.

What You Bring

12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in Manufacturing, Logistics, Managed Services, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.
Deep expertise in scaling HR functions for a distributed workforce across multiple locations.
Strong background in compliance, risk mitigation, and HR technology solutions.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50% across regional locations as needed.
