Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent, working closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit for our company and culture. They will focus on mid to senior level roles, managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet or exceed hiring goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent across our portfolio companies.
- Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes by consistently selecting and securing candidates who thrive in their roles, contributing to strong employee retention across supported companies.
- Proactively source and attract top talent through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for key hiring needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience in agency and in-house recruiting
- Experience recruiting for mid to senior level roles in a software or technology company, across different functions
- Experience driving the recruiting process by leveraging systems and data (ATS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting tone and message to audience (from peers to executives)

- Experience with pre-employment assessments
- Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in recruiting process and candidate selection
