Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR)
Job Overview
The VP of Human Resources will be a strategic leader responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. This role requires a visionary approach to shaping a company’s HR policies and ensuring a positive, performance-driven culture. You will work closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive employee engagement, and oversee all recruitment and retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Lead performance management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage benefits, compensation structures, and employee welfare programs.

- Advise senior management on HR-related matters and act as a key business partner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading HR strategy and initiatives in a mid- to large-sized organization.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
