The Senior Manager – Human Resources will drive organisational capability by developing and enhancing key processes, including employee recognition programs and internal job postings. Job Description
Employee Recognition & Engagement
Develop and implement comprehensive employee recognition programs and initiatives across all regions.
Supervise all operations of Thank Bank to ensure seamless execution.
Manage and administer the annual global Service Milestone Awards.
Issue digital cards to management-level employees as part of recognition efforts.
Internal Career Development & Assessments
Oversee the end-to-end process of Ascent/Internal Job Postings.
Maintain and update the Competency Framework to align with evolving business needs.
Ensure compliance with DISC assessments across all regions.
Project Management & Compliance
Partner with Human Resources functions to support and enhance new and existing talent management initiatives.
Work closely with Regional HR Heads and the Head of HR to ensure adherence to talent management processes and guidelines as per defined Service Level Agreements.
Execute assigned tasks within special projects, ensuring timely completion.
Monitor and enforce compliance with talent management policies and processes.

Adhere to the health, safety, and environment guidelines of the organisation.
Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

Education
Postgraduate degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources, or global equivalent degree.
Experience
10–12 years of experience in Talent Management/ Human Resources role within a global organisation.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and leverage analytical tools effectively.
