Job Description
1. Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies, and procedures,
2. Identify talent gaps on ongoing basis and define recruitment strategy,
3. Identify and analyse business trends and provide recommendations,
4. Perform analysis of attrition data, performance data and score cards,
5. Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends, and key learnings,
6. Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define, development plan,
7. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in, line with hiring guidelines,
8. Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skills
