Job Description - Talent Acquisition Executive
Years of Experience: 6 months to 1 year of HR / Talent Acquisition Experience from Advertising or Related Industry.

Major Responsibilities:
- Source viable/relevant candidates to create a pipeline for the assigned positions
- Screen the candidate profiles to ensure a proper fit in terms of the requirement and culture at Schbang. Conduct the preliminary round of interview to understand the candidates’ experience and evaluate if suitable for the position
- Meet the required TAT for each of the positions assigned/working on and devising a recruitment strategy to close the positions within the timeline
- Update all the candidate details accurately in the database tracker and updating the status in a timely manner
- Timely coordination with the different hiring managers/ SBU Heads in order to understand the talent requirement and map talents accordingly
- Ensure the candidates receive the aptitude test, assignment and the interview schedule within the agreed time frame
- Audit the documents shared by the candidates to ensure that it is aligned with the information they provided
- Ensure that the Pre Reference check is conducted in time with the right members from the candidate's previous organisation
- Negotiate with the candidate (keeping in mind their previous ctc) to ensure that the offered ctc is within the budget
- Maintain an open communication channel with the candidate post offer acceptance and before joining date to reduce chances of dropouts
- Awareness of the entire HR policies (Schbanger’s guide) of the company
- Conducting employee engagement sessions timely to ensure the morale of the employees are high.
- Be responsible to handle the assigned business unit.
