Job Purpose: To conceptualize, execute and deliver agenda related to Employer Branding at the ABFRL Business level. Curate, manage the content & social handles for @lifeatabfrl.

ABFRL is India’s largest Fashion & Lifestyle Player with ambition of high growth, entry into new segments and strengthening its presence in existing portfolios. We have a 5 Business Unit structure with most units having a distinct Business character and model. Fashion industry in India is fragmented by lot of small players. The talent scarcity in India market continues to be the bane. Fashion and Lifestyle industry is people driven and hence therefore it is critical to ensure that the company is able to attract, retain and develop top quality talent. Hence key to remain not just contemporary but to set the tone and be a leader in setting up HR Next practices in the industry that appeals to the workforce which is young, energetic, aspirational and creative.

Employer Branding
- Assess the current Employer branding activities conducted in the industry and organisation
- Study and create a roadmap for employer branding activities to be conducted by ABFRL
- Collaborate with various teams to create and implement activities both online and offline with the aim of building awareness about ABFRL, attracting the right talent and showcase ABFRL as a great place to work at.
- Facilitate and implement activities that promote the culture, offerings, events and engagement to the external world and provide the employees with a platform to express themselves
- Engage in active listening & engagement across various social media channels
- Manage EB budgets and all vendor relationships and leverage them for maximum impact and efficiency
- Drive consistent, personalized, segmented & impactful 360-degree communications across channels across the entire employee lifecycle
- Conduct media briefings & engagement in conjunction with our media relations team
- Own the design, creative elements, and physical & digital touchpoints for our communications with employees
- Content curation & creation of digital assets for internal & external communications
- Measure & report on key metrics for success on a consistent basis across marketing activities, campaigns, and other people indicators
