- PG + 7 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment , preferred consulting hiring .
- Should have managed / mentored a team in his /her current/previous stint .
- Go getter & should be able to work in a fast paced environment .
- Strong hold on stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
