About the Role: As the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in shaping our organization's talent strategy. Leading a team of HR professionals, you will drive the acquisition of top talent to support our growth in the medical device sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent for various roles.
- Mentor and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiating offers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks.
- Enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends for competitive talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Pharma/Medical); Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with leadership roles in HR.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry and its talent requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.
