Incumbent will be responsible for planning and facilitating strategic leadership talent acquisition processes for the mandates from across the L&T Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates for leadership positions through various sourcing channels.
- Market mapping for critical leadership positions and creating a pool of potential candidates.
- Plan and facilitate selection processes including screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
- Compensation & benefits proposal discussion with the selected candidates, offer of appointment.
- Creating a positive experience for the candidates during entire hiring and onboarding processes
Educational Qualifications:
BE/B-Tech or equivalent and full time MBA-HR from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School, with first-class academic records.
Relevant Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Leadership Talent Acquisition in a large conglomerate or reputed Executive Search Firm with industry exposure of Infrastructure or Hi-tech Manufacturing or IT/Technologies.
- Proficiency in MS office and related applications.
