Job Responsibilities
- Build & execute a year long Engagement plan for Management & Engineering Campuses
- Manage campus engagements & branding as well as Pre-joining communications
- Build a strong employer brand for Reliance on campuses via our social media handles
- Continuously research and look for avenues to propel our Brand Value Proposition to young talent across campuses
- Merchandise planning & execution through liaison with vendors (design & execution)
- The Incumbent will also work closely with the RELP (Reliance Emerging Leaders Program) Program Manager to plan smooth Campus Operations: i.e. Performance management, projects & allocations, Travel & Stay, Assets management
Skills Required (Knowledge And Skills)
- Good communication skills & stakeholder management
- Good Organizational skills
- Passion for branding, social media & engagement with young talent
- Creative bent of mind & interest in events/branding
Qualifications And Experience
- MBA preferably in HR
- 2 to 6 years of experience (preferably in campus resourcing / Engagements / Events)
Additional Information
- Should be willing to work from office- RCP, Navi Mumbai
- Should be willing to travel to campuses as needed
