HR & Engagement Executive - Asia Pacific
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Manage the Learning Management System, collaborating with the platform provider to support internal users.
- Develop and implement L&D engagement activities as advised.
- Provide monthly L&D updates on key activities in the region.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Responsible for providing support in data analytics, periodic monitoring and collating data/reports for various HR functions in the region, including but not limited to; organisation charts, attrition/retention reports, performance reviews, and budget summaries.
Employee Engagement & Events:
- Support engagement projects and events across the region, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth execution of activities.
- Assist with succession planning, retention strategies, and engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
HR Operations & Data Management:
- Ensure employee data integrity within Oracle HRMS, maintaining accurate records across all employee profiles.
- Build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders, integrating business needs into HR initiatives and supporting overall strategic goals.
HR Project Coordination:
- Responsible for coordinating and following up on assigned HR projects, ensuring timely execution and completion.
- Support various HR-related projects from start to finish, assisting with research, planning, and implementation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support role, with exposure to L&D, HR analytics, or employee engagement functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong data manipulation and analytical skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and teams.
