We are a forward-thinking loan consultancy company dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and driven Recruitment Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our loan consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Actively source candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking events.
Candidate Screening and Selection
- Review and screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate feedback.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members throughout the process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rates.
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
- Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparency and providing timely feedback.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through consistent communication, positive candidate interactions, and outreach activities.
Strategic Planning and Process Improvement
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to align with current industry trends and organizational goals.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the recruitment experience and increase efficiency.
Compliance and Record-Keeping
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to hiring and employment.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, applicant data, and candidate feedback.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); knowledge of employment laws and regulations; ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
