We are an e-commerce logistics company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong. We are seeking to hire a HR Executive on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process from partnering with hiring managers and Operations Managers on their manpower needs to manage the full spectrum of recruitment & selection
- Responsible for volume sourcing and timely recruitment of various functions to support business operations and manpower needs
- Optimize online recruitment tools and portals to attract suitable applicants to apply for vacant roles
- Administer on-boarding including pre-employment checks, the creation of P-files, preparation of employment letters and creation of new hires in HRMS system
- Conduct and ensure new hire orientations and handle employee resignations in accordance to MOM
- Apply, renew, issue and cancel work passes
- Review and ensure manpower needs are in line with quota limits
- Able to apply knowledge in MOM Employment Act policies when handling employment matters.
- Partner with relevant government agencies and education institutions for talent attraction and internship programmes
- Response any employment related inquiries from employees or government boards.
- Brainstorm, design and execute employee engagement activities together with the HR Team to enable positive employees’ working experience in the company
- Any other projects or tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in logistics sector
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes & Employee Engagement
- Proactive with ideas to improve the efficiency and productivity of the recruitment process
- People oriented character with good communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written
- Good analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Good team player, and able to work under pressure and possess sense of urgency
- Experience in creating and executing Employee Engagement Programes will have added advantages
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: Starting from $2,800 depending on work experience.
- Performance Incentive: $300 monthly depending on attendance & performance appraisal
- Meal Allowance: $10 for overtime exceeding 2hrs
- 12 days Annual Leave per year
- Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care Leave entitlements
- Quarterly Appraisals tied to salary reviews
Working Hours: 5 days
- Mon to Thu - 9am to 7pm
- Friday - 9am to 6pm
- Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
