Edward Mann are hiring for an excellent client within the Recruitment and Staffing sector. They are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join the team. This is a Hybrid / on-site role, typically 3 or 4 days-a-week in office.
Job Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment strategy for a fast-growing recruitment business, overseeing the talent acquisition process from start to finish. This senior leadership role requires a visionary leader to develop innovative strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent both for internal roles and on behalf of clients. The Director will manage a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and ensure a seamless, efficient recruitment process that aligns with the company's growth objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with company growth goals and market trends.
- Lead recruitment initiatives across all levels, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines for internal and external placements.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, recruitment metrics, and performance analytics to assess and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Keep the organization ahead of industry trends by implementing best practices and emerging tools in recruitment technology.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, driving performance through leadership and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team, promoting innovation and accountability.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current on best practices and industry trends.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the recruitment process and delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to elevate brand presence and attract talent.
Process Optimization & Innovation:
- Continuously improve the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and digital recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Oversee workforce planning, ensuring recruitment activities align with business forecasting and talent needs.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, social media presence, and employee referral programs.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring recruitment practices attract a broad, diverse talent pool.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and distribute content that promotes the company as a top employer in the industry.
