Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager will lead recruitment and employee development initiatives at Bloom, focusing on talent within the beverage and nutrition industries. This position will drive strategies to attract top talent, ensure a seamless onboarding experience, and implement impactful development programs to support employee growth and retention. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning talent strategies with Bloom’s business goals and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for all levels and departments, ensuring alignment with Bloom’s needs and culture.
- Build sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent across all functions.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand team needs and develop tailored hiring plans.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires into teams.
- Forecast talent needs with leadership and align hiring strategies with growth goals.
- Support employee development programs, including training and mentorship opportunities.
- Provide tools and frameworks for managers to coach and retain talent effectively.
- Drive performance reviews and identify leadership development opportunities.
- Enhance Bloom’s employer brand in the beverage and nutrition sectors.
- Represent Bloom at events, conferences, and talent partnerships to source and engage candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years in talent acquisition and employee development, with a focus on beverage or nutrition industries preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams for leadership, marketing, product, and operational roles.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HR technology.
- Ability to develop and execute talent strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beverage and nutrition industry hiring trends and challenges.
