About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Program Manager to drive workplace culture in our engineering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement programs that foster an inclusive and collaborative culture within the Engineering department.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, onboarding, and events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Develop initiatives to recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.
- Oversee cultural programs that keep the team updated on company news, project milestones, and departmental changes.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor program progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Utilize project management tools to track and report on performance and outcomes.
- Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to refine programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports to Engineering leadership on the impact of programs.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and recommendations for future programs.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in program management or related roles, preferably in engineering or technology.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives.
- Ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Passion for enhancing workplace culture and improving employee engagement.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $91,000 - $120,240, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
