As the Vice President of Talent, you will play an essential role in building and nurturing a high-performance culture that aligns with the brand’s ethos. You’ll lead recruitment and talent development efforts, ensure a seamless hiring process, and design initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy: Design and implement a forward-thinking talent acquisition and development strategy tailored to the brand’s ambitious growth and innovation goals.
- Recruitment & Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring that the brand attracts and retains top-tier talent within the beauty industry.
- Diversity & Inclusion Leadership: Champion DEI initiatives to foster a workplace that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives, supporting innovation and belonging.
- Talent Development & Engagement: Develop frameworks for employee growth, mentorship, and leadership development to create clear advancement opportunities within the organization.
- Employer Branding: Build a compelling employer brand that positions the company as a top employer within the beauty industry, and engage with talent through events, social platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Performance & Success Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes that align employee contributions with company goals and long-term success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across departments, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align talent strategies with business priorities.
