Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles, which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ascertain staffing needs and recruitment objectives.
- Enhance our company brand to attract and engage high-caliber talent.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of top-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and networking efforts.
- Establish partnerships with companies, universities, and other talent sources to access remarkable candidates.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team on various talent-related projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the blockchain sector.
- Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in highly technical positions.
- Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruitment tools.
- Strong communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent project management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the blockchain or Web3 industries.
- Experience in corporate or business talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is advantageous.
