We are partnering with one of our long-standing clients who are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts across a variety of functions and levels.
Position Overview: The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the firm’s business objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the alternative investment industry and a proven ability to lead and inspire a recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to meet the firm’s hiring needs.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and uphold the firm’s employer brand.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment & in-house talent acquisition.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Package:
- $180,000 - $245,000 base salary + competitive benefits package.
