About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team, supporting corporate recruiting efforts across all disciplines. This role will focus on driving the top-of-funnel recruitment process, collaborating with our existing People Operations team & hiring managers, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. This role will play a key role in expanding our recruitment capacity to support our Stord's continued growth. This position is a 6 month contract role, with the option to extend or become full time depending on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Partner closely with the People Operations team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key corporate roles across various departments, including sales, marketing, software engineering, finance, and fulfillment operations.
- Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in both agency and corporate recruiting.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
