Kabobs is currently seeking an HR Data Analyst to work from our Lake City food manufacturing plant. This position will help to establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Human Resources data analysis function. Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with HR team to identify key data sources and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Interview HR and business leaders to identify priorities for the creation of key metrics and data deliverables
- Recommend changes to data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness and improve data modeling
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into HR metrics, coupling people data with business data as needed
- Engage with IT and other colleagues outside of HR to understand and support the data analytics and business intelligence initiatives company-wide
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to evaluate data integrity
- Ensure HR data processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws
- Prepare and submit mandatory HR reports and disclosures as required
- Be a point of contact for HR data and reports necessary for business processes
- Additionally, this role will be the HR site lead for the manufacturing plant and have duties related to employee relations, light recruiting, change management, etc.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in trend data analysis, data dashboard development, and data visualization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in business, human resources, or related area
- Proven experience in HR data analysis along with excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations
- Experience aggregating and analyzing data spanning multiple sources and reporting tools
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, preferred
- Familiarity with HR software systems and business intelligence tools, with ADP being preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects
- Exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of data
- Successful project management experience
- Knowledge of HR compliance and general practices
- HR generalist experience a huge plus
- Significant experience with specific programs within the MS Suite (PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Share Point, etc.)
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is highly preferred
