Employer Branding Manager
Location : Remote and Onsite Twice a week ( Atlanta, GA )
Duration : 1 year plus extensions
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employer Brand Manager to join our global People Organization. This role will play a critical part in shaping and elevating the alignment, communication, and impact of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and global people strategy. Reporting to a senior member of the People Org global leadership team, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and their senior leadership team to communicate the story, promise, and strategy of our EVP through compelling narratives, visuals, and data.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer, People Org senior leaders, and business partners to ensure alignment between our global business strategy and the People Organization.
· Employer Brand Strategy: Develop and drive a cohesive and globally relevant employer brand strategy that amplifies our EVP and supports talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
· Storytelling and Content Creation: Translate ideas, strategies, and abstract concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful communications and materials—leveraging visual design, data storytelling, and strong narratives.
· Internal Communication: Partner with internal communications teams to cascade key messages that elevate understanding and adoption of the People Org’s global strategy.
· Campaign Development: Design and implement brand campaigns and initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice across global markets.
· Measurement & Insight: Utilize data and insights to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and continuously refine and optimize messaging and tactics.
· Brand Governance: Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and visuals across all internal and external employer branding assets.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in branding, marketing, communications, or a related role—ideally within a global, matrixed organization (employer brand is a preference but not essential).
· Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and craft compelling narratives.
· Strong visual design sensibility with the ability to elevate data and concepts through clean, impactful visuals.
· A strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute across multiple media and channels.
· Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
· A deep understanding of EVP frameworks, talent branding, and global employee engagement trends.
· Comfortable using metrics and data to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
