About the Role: As a Culture Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in fostering an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant workplace culture. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating initiatives, employee engagement activities, and workplace events that contribute to a connected and inspiring work environment.
Responsibilities:
The Experience Architect
- Plan and coordinate internal events, celebrations, and initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Facilitate the ServeNow INNOVATION platform, keeping employees informed about the process, timelines, and outcomes of submitted ideas.
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop a marketing strategy that drives awareness and participation in the INNOVATION program.
- Assist with employee recognition programs, including milestone celebrations and appreciation efforts.
- Develop and distribute internal communications related to cultural events, engagement opportunities, and company values.
- Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
The Engagement Champion
- Serve as the point of contact for culture-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Coordinate the company’s awards and recognition program, ensuring employees feel valued and celebrated.
- Partner with teams to execute meaningful engagement initiatives that bring employees together.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers for events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Support wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and community service programs that strengthen company culture.
The Organizer
- Maintain an organized calendar of cultural events and engagement activities.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Track participation and measure the impact of engagement initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with onboarding efforts to ensure new employees feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or employee engagement roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event planning tools is a plus.
Pay: $27.00 per hour
