- Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage HR service providers and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI.
- Leadership Advisor
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department leaders, providing coaching on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and succession planning.
- HR Technology & AI Driven Tools
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of HR technology tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), HR analytics platforms, and AI-driven tools for talent acquisition, performance management, and predictive workforce planning.
Requirements
- Strategic HR Leadership - 10+ years of progressive People Operations/HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or scaling organization.
- HR Technology & AI-Driven Tools - Experience implementing and managing HRIS, ATS, HR analytics platforms, and AI-driven HR tools to enhance talent management and workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition & Performance Management - Proven ability to design and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and data-driven performance management systems.
- Employee Engagement - Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies and workplace culture initiatives that drive engagement.
- Change Management & Organizational Agility - Track record of leading organizational change, workforce restructuring, and business transformation efforts in dynamic environments.
