Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
🔹 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
🔹 Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
🔹 Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate records.
🔹 Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
🔹 Analyze recruitment data and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
✅ 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or recruitment.
✅ Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS.
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines.
✅ Organizational skills & attention to detail.
