Key Responsibilities:
Employee Experience Strategy Development –
Work with cross functional team to implement the process and system improvement plan derived out of employee experience goals for the assigned journey map. Analyze feedback data and provide suggestions to improve employee experience based on feedback.
HR Systems and Processes/Operations Management/ Deployment –
Ensure HR Processes are executed as per plan with minimal manual interventions or offline transactions. Track key metrics and report adherence to KPIs and effectiveness of processes to supervisors. Identify areas of improvement in HR process/Policies/systems based on employee feedback from various channels as well as inputs from Unit/DC/Geo HR functions. Continually review the effectiveness of existing HR.
Advisory on Employee Experience –
Help the HR teams with their queries on EX framework, metric and guidelines. Work with IS to create feedback channels for measuring EX.
Research, Benchmarking and Advisory/HR Solutions –
Participate in research/benchmarking projects; do data consolidation, basic analysis, setting up of benchmarking conversation etc. basis the inputs given by seniors.
HR Analytics/ Metrics/Reporting –
Collate data related to HR Processes and Programs by coordinating with Units, BEFs, CoEs and create effective feedback channel. Analyze data and create insights for respective processes or analytics area and help access compliance levels. Business impact and employee experience.
Knowledge Management/ HR Capability Building –
Ensure end to end documentation of HR processes, with clearly called out Scope, RACI, KPIs and metrics to be measured. Assist in developing content for internal and external publications. Participate in sessions to create awareness on EX standards and assessments across the employee life cycle.
Employer Branding and Positioning –
Implement various feedback channels across all processes managed to gather insights on employee experience and sentiments. Use feedback and survey data to track and report trends that will be vital to plan interventions. Work with various support functions to create awareness among employees on new initiatives that are aimed at enhancing employee and manager experience.
Audits & Compliance –
Participate in internal and external audits. Track compliance for process managed and flag any deviations to supervisors. Implement controls and recommendations from audit based on inputs from supervisors.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in human resource management
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience or a related field

Proficiency in HR risk assessment and crisis management tools and software.
