Nek is an affordable luxury jewellery brand that is powered by Jar. It is the culmination of what we know best; affordability, the value of gold and crafting incredible connections. Nek's wide collection of silver and gold jewellery is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.
Responsibilities
- Source top-quality candidates from various job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.
- Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, and coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with any interview issues.
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through different methodologies.
- Assist in HR data analytics and report generation.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
