Job Summary:
The Head of Talent Acquisition COE at Kotak Mahindra Bank will be responsible for designing, driving, and optimizing recruitment strategies, processes, and technologies to attract top talent. This role will focus on employer branding, recruitment analytics, diversity hiring, candidate experience, process automation, and TA capability building to enhance hiring effectiveness across the bank.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a Talent Acquisition role
- Strong expertise in employer branding, recruitment analytics, and process automation.
- Proven ability to design and implement hiring frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in driving diversity hiring and enhancing candidate experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- MBA in HR
