Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with the bank’s objectives and enhance employee engagement and performance. This role will require a deep understanding of the banking industry, regulatory considerations, and the unique challenges that come with it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to define HR strategies that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, talent management, and organizational design.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning, to develop and retain top talent within the organization.
- Implement employee engagement strategies, conducting surveys and analyzing feedback to drive improvements.
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber candidates, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
- Guide leaders in developing and executing coaching and development plans for their teams to enhance skills and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while adapting HR policies to align with changing organizational and industry needs.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement within the HR function.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance management capabilities and employee skills.
Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
