We are hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential candidates through job postings, social media and other recruitment channels. Coordination for Interviews. Offer negotiation and releasing offer & appointment letters.
- On boarding & Exit: Assist in pre-on boarding tasks, like document collection, background checks, and preparing new hires for their first day. Record resignation, managing employees exit interviews, notice waivers etc.
- Induction & Requests: Delivering induction to new joiners. Raising request for ID/Name badges & Uniforms and tracking the delivery.
- Ensuring timely Raising and approving of e-codes
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data is up-to-date in the HR system (HRMS)
- Payroll Data: Providing salary hold/release data, ESIC/UAN data etc
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests.
- Managing records of absconding and terminated employees.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Answering employee queries, and processing enrolments or claims.
- Document Management: Ensure proper documentation of employee files, contracts, offer letters, Employee joining forms, statutory data and other legal documents and submitting to the payroll team.
- First point of contact for employees to voice grievances, ensuring that concerns are documented accurately and confidentially and address employee concerns. Discussions between employees and concerned team, helping to mediate and resolve conflicts in a fair manner.
- Ensuring SOP/Policy education and Adherence
- Stakeholder management
- Store visits
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: Graduation / Master’s Degree
- Must be from Retail Background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, Relationship Management, Cultural awareness and must be able to handle pressure.
- Skills Required: Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Data Analysis, Presentation skills
- Overall Experience: 1-4 years
