Key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive, engaging, and informative process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
