Success in this position requires an experienced project manager who can successfully navigate complex marketing initiatives from large-scale paid advertising campaigns to technical and creative projects, all while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Your track record should demonstrate the ability to independently lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion, while maintaining clear communication channels, building strong relationships across departments, and directly managing team members to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
This is an on-site position in Atlanta, GA, with comprehensive relocation assistance provided for non-local candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with marketing leadership, internal marketing teams, and external contractors to lead the execution of key marketing initiatives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of internal marketing projects in Clickup.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure clear communication plans are developed and adhered to.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track project success and identify areas for improvement
- Support the enhancement of operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and agility within the internal marketing team.
- Apply your expertise in managing marketing projects to guide teams through challenges and facilitate effective decision-making.
Who You Are
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven project management experience, specifically within marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively, adapting to evolving needs, maintaining quality standards, and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of paid advertising, marketing, creative production, and account-based sales, enabling effective project scoping and execution.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across various departments and seniority levels.
- Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including media buyers, creatives, strategists, developers and RevOps specialists.
