Our Employer Brand Advisory (EBA) team is hiring for a Project Specialist to support one of our large global partnerships in day-to-day account management and project execution.

How will you make an impact?
The Project Specialist is responsible for delivering a large global company’s global talent acquisition employer brand-related projects to ensure smooth delivery and execution that helps grow and maintain our trusted partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate employer branding and recruitment marketing solutions through the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project scope, budget, and the creative brief.
- Execute strategies, problem-solve, and develop solid business relationships.
- Proactively manages end-to-end initiatives through standardized project management processes, documentation, and administration.
- Forms excellent partnerships with clients and the wider team and proactively manages communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organizes project briefings and manages status updates to keep all relevant parties informed of actions, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigations.
- Coordinates creative delivery to ensure projects are within scope, on time and on budget.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience with end-to-end project lifecycle management and has managed a wide variety of projects
- 2 years client-service mindset with experience in account management
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Project Management Software experience (e.g. Monday.com, Asana or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with strong desire for accuracy and quality and proof-reading skills
- Experience of delivering projects on time and to budget
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred skills:
- Relevant previous experience working within with employer brand, talent attraction or recruitment marketing
- Experience in developing project plans for a wide range of employer brand and creative projects
- Strong understanding of employer branding best practices, case studies and the latest innovations in the industry
