This role supports talent management, development and inclusion priorities and initiatives through project management, analytics, communications and program implementation to positively impact employee experience, culture and performance at IHG. You will be responsible for project management, internal communications, people analytics, results tracking and reporting along with supporting program design and implementation across our strategic talent and culture agenda for the global and regional client groups we serve. Your day to day
- Building strong relationships and partnerships with our HR community, regional and global Centers of Excellence and business leaders.
- Maintain meeting agendas and project tracking for all team activities/ priorities within department, including status updates, issues/ risks and interdependencies. Generally, keeping us on track!
- Serve as the Talent system Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading the team in driving tracking and reporting processes, while being the primary point of contact for resolving challenges and optimizing functionality.
- Design and manage key activities and/or project components within larger initiatives, including written communications across various channels and group presentations.
- Generate and analyze reports from our human capital management system, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to transform data into actionable insights and compelling visual presentations for stakeholders.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- One or more years of experience in HR and/or demonstrated experience in successfully owning or managing medium to large-scale projects or initiatives
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and requirements, with a specific focus on talent development and inclusive strategies and initiatives
- Proven ability to provide exceptional client support and build effective relationships with customers and HR teams
- Experience in organizing and delivering projects from ideation to implementation, with proficiency in project tracking tools, i.e. Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to internal/external clients and HR partners
- Confidentiality and respect for people, talent
- Experience with creative development of presentations within PowerPoint and/or Canva is a huge PLUS!
Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $75,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
