Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced in-house Corporate Recruiter to lead our Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to our Chief Compliance Officer / Head of People, you will be responsible for leading and executing our recruiting, onboarding, and company-level orientation processes. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our employer branding, finding and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and orientation experience for new hires.
What You’ll Own
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, talent sourcing and scouting, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
- Interpret data trends to improve recruitment strategies and optimize hiring outcomes
- Leverage technology and own usage of our ATS tool to streamline recruitment processes, automating administrative tasks where possible and increasing the efficiency of the hiring team
- Collaborate with People team leaders and hiring managers to develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies based on metrics analysis and department needs
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and industry conferences to network and attract potential candidates
- Act as the point of contact for all candidates and potential new hires
- Assist with the design and execution of comprehensive onboarding and company-level orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures pertaining to the full-cycle recruitment process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in corporate recruitment and onboarding
- Experience and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques and methods
- Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, interview processes, and time-to-fill metrics
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment with hiring managers while working independently on recruitment tasks
- Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
- High attention to detail and discipline to establish processes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow through on new recruitment policies and initiatives while holding hiring managers accountable for expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Start-up or growth-stage experience is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
- Experience with Rippling, Monday.com, and Team Tailor is a plus
