DIRECTOR TALENT ACQUISITION
Position Summary
The individual in this position should be competent, organized, personable, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, and able to adapt to the pressures of effectively managing multiple goals and daily tasks at once: internal client needs, ongoing projects, deadlines, and requests for employee assistance. You will be responsible for acquiring new talent for our rapidly growing organization, filling the current openings in the organization and building a bench of candidates for future openings. Your keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews will be paramount to your success. Community and candidate outreach through job fairs, college recruiting events and collaboration with employment placement agencies will put you out front as the spokesperson for Pegasus. Essential Functions
- Lead company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy and operations for an organized and global approach to Talent Acquisition to provide world class Talent Acquisition capability to the
- Develop recruitment strategies that cost effectively delivers sources for drawing a strong candidate pool that includes: developing an ongoing talent pool, developing creative postings, developing and maintaining industry networking and sourcing, and partnering with professional organizations and other appropriate venues; provide input to the development and deployment of a compelling employment brand through multiple channels, including the strategic use of social
- Develop initiatives leveraging digital marketing to deliver a superior talent acquisition
- Direct recruiting initiatives including integration of assessment tools, employment branding, employee referral program, interview skills training,
- Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies, gaps and determining go forward process plans, e. identify and implement “best practices” and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes company-wide.
- In partnership with the Learning & Development department, educate hiring managers on the interview, hiring, recruiting and selection skills tools and process that are rolled out company-wide.
- Provide leadership for the evolution of talent acquisition technology, recruiting approaches, hiring tools, and partnership with Operations, HR and other business
- Ability to evaluate, select and manage recruitment agencies and retained/contingency search Assess and measure effectiveness and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.

- Develop robust metrics to measure talent acquisition’s effectiveness and identify trends, successes and areas of
- In collaboration with the Business, forecast talent needs and monitor recruitment
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers company- wide to source, identify and recruit top candidates for immediate and growth needs; analyze current and future talent acquisition needs, develop a plan to build the company’s talent acquisition function, including the determination of best model to use (what combination of in-source/ outsource, ) for a comprehensive hiring and recruitment brand strategy.
- Manage a workforce planning process that projects the future skill and capability requirements for the company; bring market knowledge to bear on competitive external talent

- Stay current and informed on industry trends and best practices, including new and innovative talent acquisition strategies, systems and technologies; makes recommendations and drives continuous improvement in global talent acquisition
Preferred Education/Training/Experience
Bachelor’s degree, along with 5 years minimum of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Management and Leadership experience, including deep knowledge of current recruitment strategies and branding.
